Register for a Test
The new registration system is finally here!
In order to register for a FLATS test, you will need the following information:
Personal Information
- Your full name
- Your current mailing address
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your native language
Your School or University
If you are currently enrolled in a charter school, high school, or university, you will need the following:
- The institution’s address, phone number, and email address,
- Your student ID number (if you have one).
If you wish your test results to be sent to your school or university, you will need to provide:
- The contact information for the person to whom you wish to send the results, including name, address, phone number, and email address.
You may request that your test results be sent to a contact person at a later date.
Proctor Information
All FLATS tests must be supervised by a certified proctor. Please consult our Proctors page to find a proctor at your institution or near you. You may choose to have your test proctored remotely by Proctor360.com. See our Proctor360 page for more information. Please note: Chapman University requires their students to use Proctor360. If you are a student at FIU, UCF, CAL State-Bakersfield or UCO, you are NOT allowed to use Proctor360 (please contact a proctor at your school to set up a time to take your test ~ after you register for the FLATS test through this site).
Payment Method
You will need a current credit card in order to pay the test fee. Note: The charge will appear on your credit card statement as BRIGHAM YOUNG UNIV WEB because FLATS is a service offered by Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo, Utah.
